Aim: to encourage independence and prepare for the transition into the very structured curriculum of the ECCE Free Pre-school Year, with a focus on colours, shapes, counting & table top activities to expand concentration and attention span.
Free play and imaginative play are of utmost importance in this room as it encourages the children to play alongside and with each other and is an essential way to develop speech and language and social skills among them.
